Moulin Noir KC is an innovative ball and burlesque collaboration dedicated to honoring the brilliance, resilience, and revolutionary contributions of Black femme and LGBTQ+ performers and creators.

This event will fuse the vibrant traditions of ballroom culture and burlesque, creating a space where artistry, history, and celebration intersect.
